Policies & Reminders
Cancelation policy:
Olivia’s lash and Beauty co requires 24-hour notice for any cancelation or change to an appointment.
50% of the service amount will be charged for any late cancelations or change of appointment less than 24-hour notice.
No shows will be charged in full (100% of appointment)
I reserve the right to deny any bookings that have ‘no showed’ in the past.
Disrespectful behaviour towards fees/late/cancellation policies will not be tolerated and may result in a ban on future services.
Refill policy:
Fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks to assure that there is enough time to complete the service.
There must be at least 50% of extensions still on from previous service to be considered a fill. I can only work with the time that has been booked.
Less than 40% fill will need to be booked as a full set and charged accordingly.
Satisfaction policy
If a client is not happy with extensions or has any issues and concerns after the service, please contact shortly after appointment (24-48 hours).
Olivia’s Lash and Beauty co can address most issues at no charge within (2) days of your appointment, assumed that appropriate after-care was followed.
Any issues and service follow-ups past the (2) day period could incur a charge.
liability
Olivia's Lash and Beauty Co. is happy to remove extensions I have applied at no cost in the unlikely event that an allergic reaction occurs within 24 hours, with the understanding that any allergic reaction is not at the fault of the lash technician. This service does not apply to any lashes applied by any other technician or place of business.
There is an understanding that using a certain amount of adhesive to adhere the extension to the natural lash is part of the service and that only a qualified lash technician with the appropriate certification and training may apply it.
There may be some natural tearing of the eye, stinging or other temporary sensations in reaction to the adhesive. These are normal reactions and do not constitute an allergic reaction and therefore free removal may not apply.
Late appointments
If you arrive late for your appointment, it will cut into the time provided for the service; if I am unable to complete service due to late arrival you will still be charged full amount.
Please know that I will do everything I can to complete your lash set but with limited time ability to finish may vary.
